Claire's is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Assistant in a part-time role. You will be the primary contact for customers, assist them in selecting items, and explain promotions with a strong focus on ear piercing.

You will also support daily sales ops, maintain store presentation, and help meet sales targets. Responsibilities include greeting customers, upselling, handling cash, restocking inventory, and keeping the store clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to explain promotions and answer questions confidently.
• Cash handling and basic POS operations experience preferred.
