Job summary

Mfused is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and scale education for budtenders and retail partners in Scottsdale, AZ. This front-line role drives revenue by improving knowledge, messaging, and field engagement across markets.

You will build online modules, run train-the-trainer programs, onboard Field Marketing Coordinators, and partner with Sales and Marketing to measure impact on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience delivering in-person and virtual training, preferably in consumer products, retail, or cannabis.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Comfort traveling frequently to support field training and key retail partners.
• Ability to track, analyze, and report training activity and outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver budtender training programs focused on product knowledge, brand storytelling, competitive differentiation, and confident recommendations.
• Build and maintain online training modules using SeedTalent to scale education across markets.
• Deliver in-person training for key accounts, priority partners, and high-visibility retail locations.
• Continuously refresh content to reflect new products, market feedback, and competitive shifts.
• Own the Field Marketing Coordinators onboarding and certification program.
• Train FMCs on how to lead engaging training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Certify FMCs on product knowledge, training delivery, brand standards, and professionalism before they enter the field.
• Track and report training activity, including sessions delivered and attendees trained, and market coverage.
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to assess training impact on lift in sales and revenue.
