The Tile Shop in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Store Manager who leads with a people- and sales-driven spirit to inspire a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop Assistant Managers and Sales Associates, coach performance, and manage daily store and warehouse operations to achieve sales goals while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management.
• Proven ability to build and motivate a sales team.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Open to learning and growing from feedback.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Design sensibility to coordinate styles and colors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of assistants and sales associates.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and duties.
• Greet customers and build relationships.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed expectations.
• Oversee store and warehouse operations.
• Schedule store associates and manage inventory accuracy.
• Monitor store sales goals and report progress.
• Maintain brand standards.
• Assist with installation process education.
