Salon Service Group is seeking a Store Manager in Sioux City, IA. This full-time role leads a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a high-quality store, promoting a results-driven, sales-focused culture that supports customers, consultants, and the business.

The Store Manager will coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and work closely with regional leadership. Requires strong communication, retail leadership experience, and a passion for beauty products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales-focused culture by coaching the team to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, achieve sales goals, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide exemplary service, ensuring the customer is always top priority.
• Uphold a high standard of merchandising and operational excellence.
• Communicate consistently with area DSCs to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain a team of Associates that model the SSG culture of partnership.
• Organize, delegate, prioritize, and follow-up to maximize productivity.
• Challenge and motivate employees.
• Communicate with Store Market Leader, Sales Director, and Home Office team regularly.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory, cash handling, and general retail functions.
