Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Help meet sales targets, maintain inventory levels, and optimize cash flow.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Foster a positive work culture focused on development and results.
• Manage, analyze, and reconcile Profit & Loss statements.
• Promote PPE use, workplace safety, and risk management activities.
• Support budgeting efforts and monitor expense controls.
