Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Roanoke, VA is hiring a full-time Retail Cashier to deliver friendly service while handling store transactions accurately. The role offers hourly base pay from $14.75 to $20.50, plus monthly incentive payouts and a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service, with cash handling experience.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments and balance daily transactions.
• Greet customers and assist with needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell AAA products (memberships, credit cards, insurance referrals).
• Process passport photos and issue International/Inter-American Driving Permits as required.
• Provide backup in Tag and Title and IDEMIA services if applicable.
