The Personal Trainer / Sales Staff Member is responsible for client and member experience, contributing to overall club sales, and gym maintenance at the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Bilingual a plus and helpful for member interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or related field preferred.
• Certification in personal training and CPR/First Aid AED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales to help meet club goals.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach as directed.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement and culture.
• Provide excellent member experience with proper follow‑up and accountability.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assess client goals and safety during workouts.
