Job summary

Ana Gutierrez - State Farm Agent is seeking an energetic administrative assistant who can turn leads into lasting customer relationships. You will communicate with customers, identify their needs, and market insurance and financial products to maximize value.

You will work with the agent to achieve marketing goals, develop strategies, and contribute to building a strong, results-driven office culture focused on excellent service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a sales role (outside or inside) preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Ability to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
