Five Star Parks & Attractions in Pigeon Forge is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Attendant to join our guest-focused team. You will assist guests with ticket purchases, arcade play cards, and food & drinks, processing payments and sharing information about our attractions.

This is a sales-based role with a generous commission structure, offering the opportunity to boost earnings while helping guests enjoy a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and reliable with a passion for working with families and children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash, process transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and digital ticketing platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide clear and helpful information about attractions, hours of operation, special events, and promotions.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized area.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions to various areas of the center.
