Qualifications

• 1+ year in logistics, KPI’s, sales, dispatch, fleet, or management.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and WOW customers.
• Lead, train, and motivate drivers and crew on client sites.
• Perform heavy and light lifting to clear junk.
• Manage daily operations and improve performance.
• Represent the brand and drive local outreach.
• Participate in daily role-play training for development.
