Job summary

Southwind, the top-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise, is hiring for a Full Time Field Service Leader. You will oversee daily logistics, route planning, scheduling, and a crew of drivers to deliver outstanding service.

We seek ambitious, outgoing individuals with a sales-driven mindset who can close on-site sales and maintain high standards. Compensation includes hourly base plus profit share/commission; growth from Customer Experience Leader to Certified Sales Leader and beyond.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, outgoing and active individuals committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or general labor is a plus.
• Sales-minded with ability to close on-site sales and maximize job value.

Position:Full Time Field Service Leader

Pay:$22-$25/hr (includes $12 hourly base and profit share/commission)

As a Field Service Leadertraining in Operations, you will be trained at all levels to be fast tracked fromCustomer Experience LeadertoCertified Sales LeadertoSenior Sales Leader toOperations.Where you will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling to ensure excellent service delivery, and manage our team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our high standards and achieving business goals.
