Job summary

Southwind, the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring for a Full Time Field Service Leader in Durham, CT. You will oversee daily logistics, route planning, scheduling, and lead a team of drivers and crew to deliver exceptional on-site service.

You’ll train staff through operations, drive customer satisfaction, and collaborate with marketing for local outreach. A dynamic, fast-paced role with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Logistics, KPI’s, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet, and/or Management.
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in trucks as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and WOW customers with your positive attitude.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew on client sites.
• Handle junk removal with heavy and light lifting.
• Manage daily operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing for local outreach and customer acquisition.
• Participate in daily role-play training for ongoing development.

Position: Full Time Field Service Leader

Pay:$22-$30 pr/hr (includes $18 hourly base and profit share/commission)

As a Field Service Leadertraining in Operations, you will be trained at all levels to be fast tracked fromCustomer Experience LeadertoCertified Sales LeadertoSenior Sales Leader toOperations. Where you will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling to ensure excellent service delivery, and manage our team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our high standards and achieving business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Service:WOW our customerswith your positive attitude and outstanding service.
• Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew members on client sites to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
• Handle Junk Removal:Perform bothheavy and light liftingto clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
• Manage Efficiency:Manage daily operations, monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent Our Brand:Collaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
• Development:Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years inLogistics, KPI’s, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet, and/or Management
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license(required for insurance purposes)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and work in our trucks as needed.
• Able to lift at least75+ lbsrepeatedly!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
