Qualifications

• Three years of experience in the automotive repair business.
• Some supervisory/management/mentor experience.
• Continuous improvement background and P&L experience are preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• College degree or coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the shop.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule and coach employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Oversee pricing estimates and promotions for services.
• Oversee inventory counts and daily sales reports.
