You will lead a top performing team, coach associates, manage scheduling and inventory, and deliver an exceptional waxing experience while meeting sales goals. This full-time role requires flexibility including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales preferred.
• Proven ability to train and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

• Coach performance using metrics and accountability.
