Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected by Aug/Dec 2026 graduates.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn product flow, logistics, and material handling in the distribution center.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to drive business.
• Prepare and provide quotations including specifications, lead times, pricing, and logistics.
• Process orders via eCommerce, phone, email, and in person.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately, including project quotations.
• Assist in inventory and order processing activities.
• Educate yourself on CRM and other software to improve efficiency.
• Stay informed on active marketing programs to respond to inquiries.
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jacks when needed.
