The role emphasizes customer focus and growth within a PVF-focused environment. You will rotate through operations, learn quotations, and build vendor relationships while using our CRM system and warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; August/December 2026 graduates considered.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Learn PVF products and commercial plumbing basics in the distribution center.
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships to drive business.
• Generate product quotations with specs, lead times, pricing, and logistics.
• Process orders from eCommerce, phone, email, or in person.
• Respond to customer inquiries with prompt, accurate quotations.
• Educate on CRM system and other software updates.
• Handle returns paperwork and issue credits per policy.
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jacks for shipments.
