Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ seeks an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager. You will help build the Oracle STARS module supporting SOA Distribution, the Vehicle Planning System, and Logistics/Ports/SYO.

You’ll translate Subaru Corporation model codes into MOSC, maintain BOMs, and drive configurations for port- and retailer-installed accessories. Hybrid role with remote work 2 days/week after 90 days; base salary range $80k–$105k with bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6-8 years of experience in a supply chain/logistics environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on customer needs and resolutions.
• Ability to think creatively and proactively; quick learning of software.
• Fluent written and verbal communication; comfortable across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of SubaruNet, SBI, QLIK; experience with Oracle Order Management modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to create MOSC combinations for US and exports.
• Ensure model years are created in Vehicle Planning System and Oracle STARS-Vehicles.
• Glean data from Product Management, format data, and build system tables.
• Serve as the go-to for Oracle STARS functionality for Sales Ops and partners.
• Analyze and audit Oracle BOM items for accessory applicability and pricing.
• Handle ServiceNow inquiries for Distribution IT-related issues.
• Oversee opening/closing sold orders and communicate with retailers via Subarunet.
• Develop and demonstrate Oracle proficiency; maintain vehicle distribution configurations.
• Maintain daily exception reports and coordinate with partners to resolve issues.
• Lead enhancements, testing, and user feedback for distribution applications.
