Job summary

Mobile Locksmith of Pittsburgh is seeking a confident Sales & Dispatch Specialist for an in-office role in the Pittsburgh area. You'll work with customers and technicians to close service calls, coordinate jobs, answer pricing questions, and keep operations moving.

No locksmith experience is required; we provide training. You should be a strong communicator, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural salesperson with strong communication skills.
• Confident and professional on the phone.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Willing to learn the locksmith industry; training provided.
• Experience in sales, customer service, dispatch, or call centers is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers and help close incoming locksmith service calls.
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate their assignments.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and pricing concerns.
• Communicate with technicians while they are on jobs.
• Help determine pricing based on the work being performed.
• Build and communicate job receipts.
• Coordinate parts and supplies when needed.
• Monitor multiple jobs and priorities at the same time.
• Assist with basic office locksmith tasks when needed.
• Help identify opportunities for future commercial accounts.
