Job Title: Sales Director - Technology Services

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling technology consulting services at the enterprise level, identifying and nurturing new client relationships, and articulating compelling value propositions to secure new business for Bitovi.

  • They have a playbook for selling technology consulting services and know from firsthand experience what works and what doesn't work for enterprises tosmall businesses.
  • They can successfully identify and build relationships with new clients to drive opportunities from sales pursuit to closing.
  • They can execute as well as lead and are equally comfortable doing both.
  • They bring expertise and real-world learning to our management and technology teams.
  • They are passionate about solving clients' problems and helping deliver valuable outcomes.

We work with some exciting brand-recognizable enterprise-level clients, successfully partnering with them to build outcome-focused apps. Our fully remote team comprises about 75 developers and designers. We welcome diversity and non-traditional paths into professions - we want the right person, not the right collection of tech keywords.

  • Develop and executea comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets focused on new business
  • Create a proven playbook to identify and nurture new business, resulting in a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Lead sales efforts astheexpert on technology services sales best practices
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively generate and build new client relationships, emphasizing enterprise clients, to identify and close business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with potentialclients, understand their needs, and align our services to best meet them. Support our Principal Consultants in expanding business opportunities with current clients to other areas of the clients business or brand.
  • Collaboration: Ensure alignment across Bitovi on messaging, service offerings, and client engagement strategies, as well as related execution. Collaborate with management and marketing to articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition, determine rates, and align forecasting.
  • Sales Reporting: Using CRM software, maintain accurate records of sales pursuit activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports and forecasts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities, as well as effectively position our services.
  • May manage or supervise team members.
  • Travel is required. Approximately 25%.

Qualifications:

  • Min of 6 years of sales experience in technology professional services
    • Experience finding and pursuing sales with new clients in the professional services space
    • Experience crafting and negotiating deals with enterprise clients in the professional services space
  • Experience delivering technology services is a benefit

  • Proven track record driving business growth for technology consulting services
  • Established footprint and network in the technology services space
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Empathy first mentality with clients
  • Ability to navigate political waters, read the room, and influence
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently to develop and execute initiatives
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Ability to wear different hats as needed at times
