What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals
  • Negotiate contracts and communicate with C-suite hospital/system leadership regarding the system
  • Assess and manage direct reports’ learning and development opportunities
  • Conduct annual performance reviews, including recommendations for compensation changes and promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably with a medical device company
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
