What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Technical Specialists
  2. Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals
  3. Negotiate contracts and interface with hospital/system leadership to articulate the value of the remed? System
  4. Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by setting corporate goals and participating in cross-functional teams
  5. Conduct performance reviews and manage the learning and development opportunities of direct reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Experience in negotiating with C-suite executives in healthcare settings
  • Proven track record of developing successful business plans in medical sales
