Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Director to lead and grow our nationwide sales team. This field-based role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders across our premium remodeling division.

You will hire, train, and coach reps, lead weekly performance reviews, conduct ride-alongs, and ensure a high-velocity sales process with consistent quota attainment. OTE is substantial, with weekly draw, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling.
• 3+ years in sales and 2+ years in sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops).
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement.
• Perform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly.
• Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments.
