Cisco Systems is seeking a Sales Director for the Americas to own strategy, GTM planning, and sales execution for our AI Infrastructure and Connectivity portfolio. You will lead a specialist team to drive balanced growth across hardware and software offerings, building strong C-suite relationships and driving operational rigor.

The role emphasizes transforming AI, cloud, and networking markets with an inclusive, high-performing sales culture and a clear path to leadership in AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership in networking, cloud infrastructure, or AI markets.
• Experience building trusted relationships with CTOs/CIOs/Chief Strategy Officers.
• Experience leading sales strategy for both hardware and software in AI/cloud domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas sales strategy and GTM planning for Cisco’s AI Infrastructure portfolio.
• Lead a specialist sales team to drive growth across hardware and software offerings.
• Build strong C-suite relationships and accelerate Cisco’s AI infrastructure leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing sales culture and ensure rigorous pipeline management.
