Job summary

I'm partnering with a well-established flexible packaging manufacturer serving customers throughout the U.S. and Canada. We're seeking a Director of Sales to lead strategic growth initiatives, develop and expand the sales team, and drive market share throughout the Pacific Northwest.

What we're looking for:

• Background in flexible packaging, polyethylene film extrusion, or bag converting preferred
• Experience leading, coaching, and growing a sales team
• Strong business development and key account management skills
• Ability to travel to Washington to meet with the sales team and support customers and sales representatives throughout the Pacific Northwest territory
