Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Full Time + Full Remote

HQ: Philadelphia suburbs with 30% travel

$120-150k base, 30% target bonus

Job Description:

Responsible for sales in the Americas for supported industrial markets. Grow industrial sales by optimizing relevant sales channels, developing business at key customers and applications, and exploring alternative sales channel opportunities. Manage sales personnel performance and development effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Sales, Account Management, and Business Development for the Industrial sector. Achieve quarterly revenue targets aligned with growth, gross margin, and customer satisfaction goals.
  2. Build strong relationships with key OEM and end-user customers to understand their long-term business and market needs. Present company expertise to deepen these relationships within customer organizations.
  3. Lead regional sales managers and representative companies. Set and review sales quotas monthly, taking actions to improve coverage.
  4. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer strategies to position the company as a partner of choice.
  5. Recruit and mentor sales talent internally and externally. Foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, operations, and finance to develop programs that increase revenue, margins, and brand awareness.
  7. Work with the Business Unit Manager to set and achieve strategic and tactical sales goals. Develop and adjust annual sales plans accordingly.
  8. Monitor sales performance regularly, strategize to overcome hurdles, and revise forecasts as needed.
  9. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of industrial sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in implementing sales strategies, account management, and new business development. Experience with product rationalization, process improvements, metrics, and sales incentives required.
  • Experience selling into applications like plastics/converting, medical/pharmaceutical, printing, or automotive preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com required.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Includes exposure to lab environments, bending, lifting, electrical safety, and wearing PPE. Must communicate effectively and perform repetitive tasks like typing.
