The Preserve at Palm Aire is seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts in a senior living community. You will partner with the Executive Director to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Sales inside and outside - experience preferred.
• Strong customer service track record with measurable results.
