Sales Director Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet revenue goals, and maintain a waiting list.
• Staying informed on operational, market, and company data to respond to inquiries.
• Achieving sales and occupancy targets as set by leadership.
• Developing and refining marketing strategies quarterly.
• Engaging prospective residents, demonstrating benefits, and negotiating agreements.
• Collaborating with Community Managers to ensure smooth move-in processes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or as per state requirements.
