This is a rewarding opportunity to achieve marketing and census goals. Every day, you can help families and residents transition into community living based on retirement or healthcare needs.

Compensation: $65K to $75K base plus generous commissions per move-in - annual comp potential over $100K

• Prior sales success (5+ years in senior living a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Enjoy working with seniors and their adult children.
• Ability to represent community professionally.
• Demonstrates sense of urgency and ability to close the sale.
