About The Job

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CrucialPoint, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our services, and setting up discovery calls for our sales team. This is not a sales-closing role — your focus is lead outreach and appointment scheduling based on an existing lead list.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and eager to build experience in sales or digital marketing. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resilient, and based in the U.S. with native-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  1. Outbound Lead Engagement
  • Call leads from an existing list to introduce CrucialPoint’s services
  • Follow call scripts and adjust messaging to suit individual conversations
  • Generate interest and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
  • Maintain clear, organized records of call outcomes and contact information
  1. Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on outreach goals
  • Provide feedback on script performance and lead quality
  • Communicate client sentiment, objections, and relevant insights from calls
  1. Tracking & Reporting
  • Log call activity and updates in our CRM or tracking platform
  • Track performance against weekly goals
  • Help optimize outreach strategies with on-the-ground insights

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Based in the U.S. with native-level English fluency (required)
  • Outgoing, persuasive, and confident communicator on the phone
  • Comfortable with cold calling and able to handle rejection professionally
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
  • No formal sales experience required, we provide all materials needed. Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and able to work independently in a remote environment

This role is part-time (up to 20 hours per week), with hourly pay ranging from $16 to $19 plus performance bonuses, depending on experience.
