Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply in Clifton, NJ is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Northeast team. You will receive professional sales training, mentorship from Account Executives, and the chance to earn uncapped commissions while developing skills to become a top-performing salesperson.

This role focuses on building relationships with local business owners, qualifying opportunities, and guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (recent graduates encouraged)
• 0–3 years of professional experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn through coaching
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and local travel willingness

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local outreach
• Connect with owners and decision-makers to understand challenges
• Identify opportunities to improve a customer's image, safety, and operations
• Present uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
• Manage sales process from initial conversation through signed agreements
• Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from pros
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in Salesforce
• Manage sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Hit monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while developing skills

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
