Federal Express Corporation in the Bethesda area is seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect net new business within a defined territory. The role involves identifying and vetting opportunities, developing value propositions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven B2B sales capability, and the ability to manage a healthy pipeline with data-driven insights.
As a member of a sales team, the sales development rep is responsible for prospecting net new business, within a defined geographic territory in the small and medium market. Responsible for finding and vetting new business opportunities and developing value propositions.
To be considered for this position you must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience OR one (1) year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.

Moderate overnight travel required.
Demonstrated Involvement or leadership in school, community, athletic or professional organizations. Experience working collaboratively in team based environments. B2B or high-value B2C sales experience using digital tools & CRM. High Volume Prospecting activities and/or inbound virtual customer support experience.
Pay: $2,529.28/month - $6,656.91/month
Additional Details: This is a customer-facing role that requires regular inperson meetings. Candidates must live within a 50mile radius of "Bethesda MD" or "Washington DC" or surrounding cities within the territory.

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. In California, the compensation listed reflects the range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position upon hire. In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
