Pacific Office Automation seeks an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Medford, OR to start a sales career on a clear growth path. You will be in the office, plan your day, and collaborate with the team to build a pipeline through outbound calls and emails, setting in-person meetings with decision-makers.

You will learn POA's technology solutions, deliver excellent service, and advance toward full-cycle Account Executive roles.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• High energy, strong communication, and a competitive mindset.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A background in athletics or campus leadership is a plus.

• First-year OTE: $65,000+ with top reps earning $100,000+
