Ministry Brands is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, outreach to prospective clients, and book meetings for Account Executives. You will develop pipeline through outbound research, email, phone and social channels, coordinate with marketing, and support the early sales cycle.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of inside sales or telemarketing, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Ability to successfully hit at least 18 SAO (Sales Accepted Opportunities) per month.
• Travel considerations: Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 5%.

Responsabilités

• Develop pipeline by building interest with new prospects via outbound research and activities including email, phone and social media.
• Set meetings for sales team for product demonstrations with interested prospects (inbound and self-sourced).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to initiate the sales cycle with targeted demand generation campaigns.
• Utilize dialer tools with daily usage of 2 hours per day when making dials.
• Contribute to forecasting, reporting, CRM updates and other sales-cycle activities.
• Respond to all inbound leads and log activities in CRM.

Job Description

You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and setting up meetings for the Account Executives. Your role is critical in driving the early stages of the sales funnel and contributing to the growth of the business.

• Develop pipeline by building interest with new prospects and clients resulting from your own outbound research and activities including email, phone and/or social media
• Set meetings for sales team for product demonstrations with interested prospects (from both inbound leads and your own self-sourced leads)
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to initiate the sales cycle with specific, targeted demand generation campaigns with prospects and current clients
• Utilize phone dialer tools with daily usage of 2 hours per day when making dials
• Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance, communications, etc.)
• Respond to all inbound leads and log activities in CRM

Requirements

• 1+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Microsoft Suite experience
• Ability to successfully hit at least 18 SAO (Sales Accepted Opportunities) per month
• Ability to work in a general office environment
• Ability to handle extended periods of computer‑based work, including telephone
• Travel Considerations: Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 5%
