The overall purpose of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is to generate pipeline through a proactive, outbound-first, and metrics-driven approach. This role is designed for SDRs who can effectively hunt, qualify, and deliver high-converting meetings to our Account Executives.
As an SDR, you will own top-of-funnel outreach, turning semi-warm leads into hot opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You’ll leverage the outbound tech stack (Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Accelerator, KASPR, LinkedIn Navigator) and our proven frameworks (A.I.D. and CHAMP) to engage and qualify the UK’s most active contractor-focused companies.
