Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

The Sales Development Representative-2 (SDR-2) is responsible for executing initial steps in the sales process. After completing an extensive 10-week training program, the SDR will:

  • Research and compile call sheets of targeted customers using tools like LinkedIn and resources such as Candidates and current Consultants
  • Document, track, and research all leads from the Recruiter Lead Program
  • Develop customer profiles and talk tracks for each client using tools like Seismic and Gong
  • Conduct outreach to targeted customers and record weekly activities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations using the Inward Lens tool to identify lost customers and generate new meetings

Success in this role can lead to a promotion to Account Manager, with additional responsibilities such as:

  • Building and managing relationships with new and existing clients using tools like Salesforce and Hoovers
  • Expanding sales and market share within assigned and new accounts
  • Engaging with prospective clients to understand needs and hiring cycles
  • Preparing and delivering sales proposals
  • Partnering with the Delivery team to identify top IT Talent for client needs
Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Military experience, or Associates Degree with 3 years of professional experience, or 4 years of professional experience
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, or a degree/internship in sales, or active involvement in a sales organization
  • A strong desire to build a career in B2B Sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High professionalism, presentation skills, and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and collaborate effectively
  • Strong willingness to learn

Salary: $60,000 base plus weekly commissions and performance bonuses (quarterly and yearly). Promotion to Account Manager includes eligibility for monthly car and cell phone allowances.

10-week training pay: $21/hour, with overtime eligibility.
