Are you confident on the phone and energized by a challenge? We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will focus exclusively on cold calling higher education institutions to schedule qualified discovery calls for our sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who’s driven, highly organized, and interested in breaking into the world of B2B sales and technology. You’ll play a critical role in growing our presence in the higher education space, and you’ll have direct mentorship from our Business Development and Sales teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Make high-volume cold calls to key decision-makers at colleges and universities
• Introduce our campus safety solutions and secure discovery meetings for our sales reps
• Follow call scripts and messaging frameworks, and adapt on the fly when needed
• Log outreach activity in our CRM with precision
• Meet (and aim to beat!) your weekly/monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to optimize performance
