This is a 100% work-from-home job for someone who is already located in Washington or Oregon. We do have occasional company meetings. We do not pay for relocation. We prefer that the person we hire is able to drive to the Seattle area on occasion.

About The Role

This is a year of growth at IVOXY Consulting and we're looking to add a Sales Development Representative to our sales team. We are scaling rapidly and it is important for us to find a candidate who embraces challenge, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for hunting for leads, qualifying, and helping build sales opportunities for the team. We are looking for a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling. The SDR will act as the initial point of contact to whitespace accounts while making a business impact through lead generation.


Responsibilities

  • Educate potential customers on the value of our solution offerings and technologies by phone and email.
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, solution offerings, and partner technologies
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing and direct sales experience
  • Can do attitude. Ability to work independently with little supervision while driving for success
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (HubSpot & Salesforce)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field

Benefits

  • Base salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 per year, plus commission, with an On-Target-Earning (OTE) of $60k. This range may depend on factors including, but not limited to, applicant's location, skills, prior relevant experience, and leveling.
