Job description

The Sales Development Representative is an entry-level sales role focused on customer service management. This position involves generating and qualifying sales leads via live chat, email, and phone communication with customers. The goal is to become an expert on our products and services to meet customer needs and generate new sales opportunities, with potential for growth into Sales Specialist roles. This remote position may require flexible hours between East Coast and West Coast time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple tasks effectively with exceptional skill
  • Handle inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, focusing on sales generation
  • Manage daily sales funnel and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Achieve sales lead generation goals
  • Potentially expand to outbound prospecting, sales pipeline development, and follow-ups on leads

Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree and/or 2-4 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Medical segment experience preferred
