SumnerOne is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Springfield, MO. In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact, building relationships and learning our full line of office technology products.

You will regularly call on prospects, generate leads, and support the Account Management team through the selling process. This position offers a path to a Sales Account Manager role with strong career growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of inside sales or similar experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to adopt CRM and prospecting tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Compensation:

• Base salary and commission structure, plus bonuses, paid expenses, and benefits

General Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate degree or 2+ years of inside sales or similar experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially with Excel; willingness to adopt CRM and prospecting tools
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Reliable transportation for daily field prospecting
• Authorized to work in the U.S., able to pass pre-employment and drug screenings
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to perform the essential functions of this role
