Pacific Office Automation (POA) is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Seattle, WA to join a fast-paced, performance-driven sales team. No sales experience?

No problem—we’ll train you with award-winning onboarding and growth paths. You’ll generate new business through calls, emails, and in-person outreach, learn POA’s hardware, software, and managed solutions, and build relationships with local decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Athletic involvement or high-engagement activities are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Start each day with strategy, planning, and team training in office.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and decision-makers.
• Learn and present POA’s hardware, software, and managed solutions to clients.
• Customize proposals to match client needs.
• Deliver follow-up and customer care to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Engage in daily prospecting to grow your pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Start each day with strategy, planning, and team training in office
