Braintrust Data, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and engage new prospects for our agent observability platform. You’ll drive multi-channel outreach, build relationships with technical buyers, and contribute to revenue growth through frequent meetings.

Ideal candidates have a background in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced tech environment. A passion for AI and collaboration with a team is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 1+ years in a sales or relevant role with a track record of success and high performance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a results-driven approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and building relationships with a technical audience.
• A love for making an impact and working with a team to hit key goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver on established monthly meeting targets that will contribute to revenue growth.

Teams at Notion, Stripe, Box, OpenAI, and Cloudflare use Braintrust to trace their agents, find the issues in their observability data, and run evals that tell them how to improve.

About the role

We're looking for sales development representatives to find and engage new prospects for Braintrust. The ideal candidate will be driven, curious, and eager to dive deep into the AI tech landscape, and capable of engaging in meaningful, technical conversations with prospective customers.
