Our AMP (Autonomous Mowing Platform) is unlike anything the turf industry has seen before: fully electric, self-driving, and designed to dramatically cut costs while improving performance.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll help introduce this revolutionary solution to key decision-makers and open doors that lead to real change. If you're energized by tech, enjoy sparking meaningful conversations, and want to be part of something genuinely impactful—this role was made for you.
What You'll Do
Identify and reach out to golf course superintendents, municipal managers, and sports turf professionals
Initiate meaningful conversations through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify leads and schedule demos with the inside and field sales teams
Track and manage all interactions through our CRM (HubSpot)
Work closely with the marketing team to fine-tune messaging and generate engagement
Occasionally represent FireFly at industry events, trade shows, or product demonstrations
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to connect with new people
Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or similar
Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up skills
An interest in golf, sports turf, sustainability, or clean technology is a big plus
