Colossus Search Group seeks a Sales Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outbound—identifying, engaging, and qualifying multifamily and affordable housing developers, owners, and property managers. You are the first contact and drive new project creation with high activity and measurable results.
You will operate in a performance-driven environment, consistently hitting weekly targets, and collaborating with Sales and Ops to refine messaging and sequences.
Our client helps multifamily owners and operators deploy and manage EV charging across their portfolios. Their mission is to help put 1 million EVs on the road by rapidly scaling EV charging at multifamily properties across the U.S.
They have found product-market fit. The playbook works, the pipeline converts, and chargers are going in the ground. What we need now is more qualified projects entering the funnel every week.
They are looking for A players who are excited to help scale a cleantech company that has found product-market fit. The right person can step into a proven system and run with it — there is no luxury of learning the role itself. If you don't know the EV charging or multifamily housing industry yet, that's fine; they will give you every resource you need to get up to speed on the market. What you need to bring on day one is the ability to prospect, qualify, and produce.

This role is built for someone who thrives on clear goals, high activity, and measurable results and who is motivated by both performance and mission.
Primary metric: source 6 qualified projects per week.
Qualified project — definition: A project counts as qualified when the client needs or wants to install EV chargers, the right decision‑makers are engaged, and they receives site or electrical plans for the property so the project can move into design. Plans received are the trigger — not a calendar invite, and not a conversation.
