Sales Development Representative Job OverviewAre you a people person with a knack for starting conversations?Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of turning a cold call into a warm lead?If so, we want YOU to join our growing team at The Weaver Adjustment Groupas a Sales Development Representative!

Incumbent must pass background check and be able to be able to pass public adjuster licensing exam.

What You’ll Do:

  • Initiate outbound callsto potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
  • Identify client needsand present our solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Build rapportwith prospects and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
  • Set appointmentsfor follow-up with our sales team.
  • Track and reporton your daily call activity and lead generation results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to strangers and can explain complex ideas simply.
  • Resilience and persistence—you’re not afraid of rejection and know that every “no” brings you closer to a “yes.”
  • Self-motivated—you take initiative and enjoy working independently to hit targets.
  • Experience in salesor customer service is a plus, but not required—we provide all the training you’ll need!
