Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

We’re looking for an energetic and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about sales, like to work in different verticals during the day, and have experience with cold calling, pipeline development, and client management, we want to hear from you!

Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales pipeline across 10-12 clients. You’ll be an essential part of our team, working closely with Account Managers to develop and manage leads from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating new business leads using our tech stack for speed and effectiveness.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for 10-12 clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and nurturing.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Managers and Clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Past Sales Experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to log info in a CRM (prior experience preferred)
  • Built to be proactive and positive

Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary: $45,000-$55,000+ per year depending on experience

Full Comp Package: $55,000-$85,000+ including commission and bonus
