Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for Account Executives.

This is an excellent role for someone looking to break into tech or B2B sales and grow their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, interest, and readiness
• Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the sales team
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all outreach and lead activity in the CRM
• Work closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and handoff plans
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and objection handling
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
