SimpliGov LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative to prospect and generate qualified outbound leads for our Sales Executives. The entry-level role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Development, with uncapped commission potential and a clear path to regional sales leadership.
You’ll build target account lists, learn the SimpliGov platform, and drive outbound campaigns using Gong and Salesforce. A 1–2 year SDR track record and US residency are preferred.

SimpliGov is seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for prospecting and generating qualified outbound leads for our Sales Executives. The ideal candidate is results driven, possesses strong and natural sales talents, and is committed to creating new business opportunities. This position is an entry-level role within the Sales team and reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Development. Significant opportunities are available in terms of compensation (no cap on commissions) and a career path to a regional sales executive role.
You’ll work alongside experienced RSDs who will coach you on the craft of selling government technology. You’ll see your pipeline convert to real deals. You’ll have visibility into what closes and why. You’re not invisible. Your work matters. Your conversion metrics matter. Your ideas on messaging matter.
SimpliGov does not currently sponsor applicants for work visas. The US base salary range for this full-time position begins at $60,000 + bonus + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
