Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify Opportunities: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff.
• Maintain CRM Accuracy: Track all activities, conversations, and prospects in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client challenges.
• Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and appointments set.
Qualifications
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales.
• Generate 30 qualified opportunities per quarter.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with senior executives.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
