Development Representative - O&PS

Locations: Westminster, CO / Portland, OR / Remote, CO

About the Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for an award-winning technology company? Join our dynamic team focusing on marketing our products/services over the phone to qualified prospects!

Responsibilities
  • Outbound phone-based sales lead generation
  • Engage prospective buyers to understand Trimble solutions and identify early-stage opportunities
  • Maintain quality and complete data in opportunity and account records
  • Assist in planning quarterly sales promotions
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead qualification, email campaigns, and marketing content
  • Work with CRM to ensure records are up-to-date and workflows are optimized
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in outbound sales, account development, or customer service, ideally in enterprise software
  • Energetic, results-oriented, with a passion for selling
  • Self-starter able to work independently
  • Confident in interacting with decision-makers at all levels
  • Willing to make a high volume of calls daily
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, email strategies, and web research
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Commission eligible; comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
