As a Sales Associate, you will have an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career with the industry leader. Sales Development Program - What We Do:
- Improve sales performance with automated learning paths, certification, and retention strategies.
- Provide structured coaching with weekly 1:1 sessions for reps and managers.
- Develop skills through video role plays, simulated scenarios, and ride-alongs.
- Distribute micro-learning content via videos, quizzes, and challenges.
- Use analytics for real-time achievement tracking, capability measurement, and identifying knowledge gaps.
- Engage teams with gamification elements like leaderboards and badges.
- Access sales tools for internal and customer-facing content.
- Leverage AI for descriptive and predictive insights to maximize engagement and proficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Qualify and assess customer needs using CRM (SalesForce.com) and persuasive selling techniques.
- Gather contact information and customer needs for future marketing and sales efforts.
- Identify and sell to new customers using marketing and sales tools.
- Re-engage declining or dormant customers with our value propositions.
- Support branch operations and learn IT systems for quotes, rentals, sales, and reservations.
- Coordinate with branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate field issues.
- Work with ISR's to provide solutions, including equipment needs assessment, demonstrations, and quotations.
- Negotiate prices in accordance with company policies.
- Drive customer engagement through local events and promotions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: One year of sales-related experience.
- Proven planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong presentation skills and sales orientation.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
- Willingness to relocate.
